The project brief builder works in your browser and does not send us your entries. Hosting and security services handle the technical information needed to deliver and protect the website.
1. What this policy covers
Sparkle Express LLC operates this corporate website to introduce our development portfolio, software products, and custom services. This Policy covers the corporate website, including the project brief builder. Separate software products and client engagements may have their own privacy notices.
You can browse without creating a customer account. The corporate website has no checkout, payment collection, or form submission service.
2. Your project brief stays local
The project brief builder uses your entries in your browser to prepare text. Our page code does not transmit the entries or generated brief to Sparkle Express, store them in a server database, or save them in browser storage. Our page code does not create a persistent draft; browser history and form-restoration behavior depend on your browser settings.
“Copy” puts text on your device’s clipboard. “Save as text” downloads a file through your browser. “Email this brief” opens your own email app with the brief filled in; nothing is sent until you send it from that app. You control whether to keep, delete, or share that copy. These actions do not send an inquiry. If you later send us a brief separately, we receive what you choose to share.
3. Website delivery and security
The website is served from a virtual private server operated by our hosting provider, and its domain is registered through GoDaddy. Like most web servers, ours records technical information such as IP addresses, requested URLs, request times, and browser or device details in server logs, which we use to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the website.
We keep server logs only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes. Our hosting and domain providers process information under their own privacy notices.
4. Cookies and added tools
Our page code does not add analytics, advertising or marketing trackers, chat widgets, embedded third-party content, or cookies. Fonts and images are served from our own server. The brief builder does not use localStorage or other persistent browser storage.
These statements describe our page code. They do not mean the hosting infrastructure processes no information. You can manage cookies through your browser.
5. Information you send separately
If you contact us separately, we receive the information you provide, such as contact details, a project description, or attachments. We use it to respond, discuss possible work, and maintain relevant business records. Please share only what is needed and avoid sensitive information in an initial inquiry.
Correspondence may be handled by the providers supporting the communication channel you choose. We keep it as reasonably needed to address the inquiry, maintain relevant records, and meet legal obligations. We may disclose information where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect legal rights. Separate client agreements may provide further details.
6. Product and external links
Following a link may take you to a product or another organization’s website. Its privacy notice governs information collected there, including information for accounts, subscriptions, or support. Review that notice before submitting information.
7. Choices, requests, and contact
You can browse without using the builder or contacting us. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or other handling of personal information we hold. We may need information to verify a request.
