Custom software development

Your idea.
Built together.

An established market need. A completely new possibility. We help you take an idea from its first spark to working software, combining human creativity with AI agents.

What can we develop together?

Start with a need.
Or a possibility.

Some ideas answer a clear demand in an established market. Others question how an industry works or imagine a product that has no obvious precedent. We welcome both, along with the early ideas that still need room to take shape.

We start with your ambition and the people the product could help. Together, we explore its purpose, what makes it different, and what a useful first version could be. From there, we connect product thinking, design, development, and review through an agentic workflow guided by people.

Developing our own products and building for clients are two parts of the same company. Both call for curiosity, creative thinking, and the practical work of turning a promising idea into software that people can use and improve.

What we can build together

From the first sketch
to working software.

Product definition & design

Shape the idea before it becomes a long list of features. We work through user journeys, essential screens, and the decisions a first version needs to support.

  • Requirements and user flows
  • Interface concepts and prototypes
  • Clear scope and priorities

Web platforms & SaaS

Build software around the people who use it and the work they need to complete, from customer-facing products to role-based business platforms.

  • Web applications and dashboards
  • Product and service platforms
  • Back-office workflows

Mobile experiences

Plan useful experiences for people away from a desk. We consider the device, the context, and how mobile interactions connect to the wider product.

  • Mobile product planning
  • Connected user experiences
  • Platform-specific requirements

AI & workflow integration

Explore where automation can remove repetitive work or make information easier to use. We define the role of AI, the boundaries, and where people stay in control.

  • Workflow and integration planning
  • AI-assisted product features
  • Human review and exception paths

Each engagement has an agreed scope. Technologies, integrations, deliverables, and support are confirmed for the individual project.

Meet the project where it is

A starting point
for every stage.

I have an idea

Make it concrete.

Identify the audience, the core problem, and the smallest useful experience. A clear brief makes the design and development decisions easier to discuss.

Shape the idea

I’m ready to build

Define the first release.

Connect the requirements to working screens, delivery milestones, and an agreed way to review the result. Build around a clear set of priorities.

Plan the build

I have a product

Make the next version count.

Start with the existing workflow and the changes that matter. Clarify what needs to improve and what the product already does well.

Explore the next step

Clear from the start

Good work needs
a shared understanding.

Before a development engagement begins, the agreement should explain the scope, responsibilities, deliverables, commercial terms, and how the work will be reviewed. Changes deserve the same clarity as the original plan.

Ownership and licensing of custom deliverables are agreed in the project contract. Ongoing support, hosting, third-party services, and maintenance are also discussed explicitly, so expectations match the work being commissioned.

Before we start

A few useful
answers.

Do I need a finished specification?

No. Start with who the product is for, what problem it should solve, and any constraints you already know. A first conversation can help identify what still needs to be defined.

Can you develop a product for our company?

Yes. Custom software development is one of Sparkle’s core offerings. We assess the requested work and agree its scope, timing, and commercial terms before beginning an engagement.

Which industries do you work with?

Any industry. We build custom software for established business needs and for new product concepts alike. We explore the requirements and feasibility of each project before agreeing its scope.

How do AI agents fit into your work?

AI agents are part of our development workflow. People bring the creative direction, context, and judgment; agents help carry the work forward. Human review stays part of the process as we shape, build, and refine the product.

Who owns the software you build for a client?

The project agreement sets out ownership and licensing of deliverables, as well as any pre-existing materials or third-party components. We make those arrangements part of the discussion before work begins.

How is pricing determined?

Pricing depends on the agreed scope, complexity, integrations, and delivery arrangements. The corporate website does not take payments or publish a fixed price for custom projects.
